The FAIR·E project is designed to support women in their entrepreneurial journey, whether they have an idea to bring to life, a side hustle to grow, or an established business ready to take the next step.
FAIR·E is about choosing the path that fits where you are today and moving forward with the right tools, the right approach, and the right mindset.
FAIR·E is also about the ÉEQ’s commitment to equity and accessibility in entrepreneurship, so that everyone can experience our programs and products.
The programs are:
- Free - only 550 women will be able to benefit from them
- Flexible - to be completed at your own pace thanks to online content and tools
- Personalized - including individual coaching
- Human - you will meet (virtually) a community of motivated and inspiring women entrepreneurs

Coaching sessions will take place on weekdays, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., depending on the coach's availability.
You are eligible if:
• You are or identify as a woman;
• You reside in Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Alberta, or British Columbia ;
• You have a clear business idea or an existing business*.
* Including SLCs, NPOs, cooperatives, and sole proprietorships.
